As people and organizations, we tend not to resist change (most actually enjoy small changes), but we do tend to resist unknowns. It’s not the change we are afraid of, it’s the unknowns associated with it, whether that be the process or results. When you find yourself resisting a change, whether personal or professional, try to sift out a few unknowns at a time and resolve them. Take small steps and eventually you will have nothing left in your way.
