From Engineering
to Executive Leadership
I earned my first civil engineering degree at 18 and my second — with honors and a focus in structural design — by the time I was 20. That same discipline helped me lead my family’s mechanical insulation business through a major strategic and operational overhaul during the COVID era.
Because of those efforts, the business is still running strong — and more efficient than ever.

After years of working inside operations, I launched LBC Consulting to help other organizations improve performance. I’ve seen how well-formulated strategy, strong culture, and clear communication can drive lasting change — and I know how to help teams get there without wasted effort or corporate jargon.
