When it comes to workplace culture, few things are worse than an apathetic workforce. Positive feedback is a great sign that people care about their organization and it’s improvement. Even negative is a still a good sign—it can be used constructively, and people still care enough to voice their opinion. No feedback (apathetic employees) means they’ve lost all interest and couldn’t care less about the organization. They’re simply there for a paycheck, not to support the mission and vision.
